Great product
Bought 2 jars. 1 was a gift. Just opened mine for the first time on Christmas Day to cook the roast potatoes. Omg they were go delicious and crunchy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Everyone raved about them. I’d say it’s was my cooking but I suspect it was the tallow. Can’t wait to use it on something else.
