A 1L Glass Jar of Beef tallow may seem like an odd gift to give someone, but that's what I did.
So far so good! Some delightful experimentation going on I think 😊
I am happy with the tallow... it has a gentle flavour! Cooked up some eggs and I have done some chicken schnitzel as well!
